Hey,
Really cool blog. I am doing research on the Union’s competence to impose criminal sanctions in the field of regulatory criminal law. Do you know if there is any pending proposal on harmonisation which is based on Article 83? In addition, do you know if there any preparatory works/documents which explain the meaning of the revised provisions concerning harmonisation of criminal law (i.e. Article 81-83 TFEU).
Regards,
Jacob
